Set a goal
Pick a focus that matters to you. Strength, hybrid, getting back to it.
01 — Friends
Custom Groups are private by design. Invite training partners by email, share momentum with the people who actually matter, and skip the public feed entirely. There are no discoverable profiles, no random comments, and no algorithmic feed deciding what you see. Just you and the people you chose, keeping each other moving.
Group activity is visible to invited members only.
02 — Logging
Prime your session, train, log sets, and close out with a quick feedback survey. The next session adapts to what you actually did — not what you planned to do. This is the part most training apps skip. We built the rest of the product on top of it.
03 — Adaptive Coach
Adaptive Coach reads your logged work, recovery, and feedback, then adjusts the next session's loads, volume, and intensity. Push Me, Balanced, or Take It Easy — the dial is yours. It's a transparent rules engine, not a chatbot. You can see why it proposes what it proposes, and you can override it any time.
Adaptive Coach is deterministic. You're in control. Coaching, not coercion.
04 — Human coaching
If you have a coach, they can build a program for you inside Orosvera. They see your training. You keep the app. Programs they assign become yours when you accept them, so you always own your training history. End the relationship anytime — your active program comes with you.
The shape of the product is as much about what we left out as what we put in. Orosvera is intentionally narrower than most fitness apps. If you've been looking for a calmer one, this list may be why you stay.
How it works
Set goals, follow today's recommendation, prime and log workouts, get adaptive feedback, close out, and let real work sharpen the next session. That's the whole loop.
Pick a focus that matters to you. Strength, hybrid, getting back to it.
Open the app, see today's recommended session, and start when ready.
Set by set. Live Coach if you want it. Skip without guilt.
A quick survey turns today's work into tomorrow's recommendation.
The next session reflects what actually happened.

Strength, hybrid, and general fitness. The product works well for anyone who already trains regularly and wants clarity rather than novelty. It's especially useful if you're following a base program but want it to adapt to what your body's actually doing week to week.
No. Adaptive Coach is a transparent, deterministic rules engine — it follows logic you can understand and override. There's no chatbot, no LLM generating advice on the fly, no mystery decisions. We made this choice on purpose.
You create a Custom Group and invite people by email. Members of your group can see each other's training momentum, compare progress, and race toward shared goals. Nothing is public, there are no comments or DMs, and there's no way to discover groups you weren't invited to.
Yes. If your coach also uses Orosvera, they can build you a program through the in-app editor. They see your training, you keep the app, and you can end the coaching relationship any time. Programs they assign become yours when you accept — so your training history stays with you.
Direct messages, comments, public feed, body composition tracking, nutrition logging, progress photos, and scheduling. These are intentional omissions, not roadmap gaps.
We're in beta now and tightening the product. There's no announced public launch date yet. Joining the beta is the fastest way in.
Right now, yes — paid plans aren't active during beta. Pricing will be announced before public launch, with both a free tier and pro tiers for personal users, plus coach plans for trainers managing clients.
Go to Settings → Profile & Device → Delete account in the app. The web equivalent is at /account-deletion/. Account-linked workout rows are de-identified under a NULL user tag when your account is deleted.
